Zenit’s Brazilian coach William de Oliveira said that forward Alexander Sobolev could be beneficial to the club. The expert’s words are reported by Match TV.
“It is clear that he has not played for a long time and his transition has not been easy. We may have had disagreements before Zenit but now we are friends; he is a member of our team and a simple man. He still needs to get fit but we understand what he can do. Oliveira will help Zenit,” he said.
Sobolev’s transfer from Spartak to Zenit was officially announced on August 30. The employment contract was concluded according to the “3+1” scheme.

Previously reportedRPL President Alexander Alaev said he was pleased with Alexander Sobolev’s transfer to Zenit.
