As part of the IFA 2024 exhibition, Acer presented new gaming monitors from the Predator (XB273U F5 and XB273K V5) and Nitro series (Nitro XV240 F6, XV270U F5 and XV270 F5). The new items have received a number of cool features.
The Acer Predator XB273U F5 is a 27-inch IPS monitor with a resolution of 2560 x 1440p and a refresh rate of 360 Hz. It supports G-Sync Pulsar technology, designed to provide extra clarity of motion. In addition, the monitor is equipped with the new MediaTek scaler. Color gamut: DCI-P3 90%.
There are HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 ports, as well as 5W speakers. Response time 1ms/0.5ms (GTG). The brightness is up to 500 nits (550 nits in DisplayHDR mode). Release date and price have not yet been announced.
Acer Predator XB273K V5 is a 27-inch IPS monitor, but with a resolution of 3840x2160p. There is support for AMD FreeSyc Premium technology. The refresh rate is 160 Hz and the response time is 1 ms / 0.5 ms (GTG). Color gamut: DCI-P3 95%. HDR support is available. Peak brightness: 400 nits. The monitor is equipped with 2 W speakers. The sale is planned for the fourth quarter of this year for a price of $ 499.
Acer Nitro XV240 F6 is a 24-inch TN monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080p. Refresh rate 240Hz via HDMI and 600Hz via DisplayPort 1.4. The standard response time is 1ms (GTG), but can be reduced to 0.1ms in some situations. There is support for DisplayHDR 400. Viewing angles are 170° (horizontal) and 160° (vertical). Color gamut: 95% DCI-P3. The maximum brightness is 400 nits. In addition, there are also 2W speakers. Price: $600.
Acer Nitro XV270 F5 is a 27 inch IPS monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080p and a refresh rate of 520 Hz (via both HDMI and DP connection). Has the following ports: 2x HDMI 2.1, 1x DP 1.2, 2x USB 3.2, 1x 3.5 mm jack, USB-B and SPK connector. Color gamut – 99% sRGB. Price: $ 800.

All three monitors in the Nitro series support AMD FreeSync Premium.
The new Nitro series will go on sale in the first quarter of 2025.
