According to Kolyvanov, the opportunity to step onto the field in the Russian national team jersey and represent their country at the international level should motivate players to play football at a high level.
“You go out on the field under the flag of the Russian national team, the fans will be watching you and you have to respect them. The mood will still be there,” Kolyvanov said.
The Russian team will play against Vietnam on September 5 and Thailand on September 7. Both meetings will take place in Hanoi.
