Al-Nasr and Portugal national team striker Cristiano Ronaldo said he wants to surpass blogger Mr. Bist in the number of subscribers on YouTube. This was reported on the social network Reddit.
“Let’s try to beat him in two years. Ronaldo said, ‘This is the man I have to beat on YouTube and I want to beat him, be careful.'”
Ronaldo has already set a record on YouTube; just an hour and a half after his channel was created, 1 million people subscribed to it.
At the time of writing, Ronaldo’s YouTube channel has 56.1 million subscribers. “Mr. Beast” is the largest channel in video hosting – 313 million subscribers.
On January 2, 2023, Ronaldo became a player for Al-Nasr from Saudi Arabia under a contract that will see him receive €200 million per year. Additional bonuses were reportedly given to the Portuguese and his family. The Portuguese forward joined the club from Saudi Arabia after terminating his contract with Manchester United due to tensions with Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag.
Ronaldo previously played for Real Madrid for nine years and Juventus in Turin for three years. The Portuguese footballer has won five Ballon d’Ors and won the Champions League five times during his career.
