Hackers hacked the official account of Real Madrid’s French forward Kylian Mbappe on the social network X (formerly Twitter) and posted offensive messages in the name of the football player.
“Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player of all time. This dwarf is not the best for me,” read one of the messages, which was accompanied by a photo of Argentine striker Lionel Messi crying.
The messages included a post that included negative assessments of English football club Tottenham and Israeli politics. The post data was later deleted.
The signing of a contract between Mbappe and Real Madrid was officially announced on June 3. The forward joined the Madrid club as a free agent. Before that, the forward played for PSG, where he has played since 2017. The forward won the European Cup tournament for the first time.
Mbappe has failed to score in two matches this season of the Spanish Championship.
