Akhmat Grozny’s forward Gamid Agalarov told about the fight that broke out on the field during the match against Spartak Moscow. His words are a guide “Soviet sport”.

“There are conflicts on the field? I think it’s just a coincidence, football is a male sport. This is not ballet and dancing, emotions sometimes overwhelm you, this is normal, everything is within the framework of the game,” he said.

Moscow’s Spartak failed to defeat Grozny’s Akhmat in their fourth round match of the Russian Premier League (RPL). The match, which took place at the Lukoil Arena stadium in Moscow, ended in a 0-0 draw. The Muscovites dominated most of the match but were unable to open the doors for the Grozny team.

In the RPL standings, “Spartak” is in fifth place, and “Akhmat” is in 14th place.

The red-whites will face Fakel Voronezh away in the next round of the RPL. The match will be played on August 18, with the kick-off at 17:30 Moscow time. Akhmat will play at home against Dynamo Makhachkala on August 19, with the match starting at 20:00 Moscow time.
