Dynamo Moscow General Manager Pavel Pivovarov said that the club offered a farewell match to former goalkeeper Anton Shunin. “Sports Express”.

“Negotiations with Shunin are underway. We are now talking about the academy. We offered him a farewell game. Apparently, he is not yet ready to make the decision to retire from his career,” Pivovarov said.

Shunin’s contract with Dynamo expires on June 30, 2024. He made his debut for the Blue-Whites in 2007 and has made 366 appearances for the team, keeping 125 clean sheets, the second most in the club’s history.

The 37-year-old goalkeeper, together with the blue-whites, became a three-time bronze medalist of the Russian Championship, twice reached the national cup finals, and in 2017 won the championship in the National Football League (now the First League).
