Palmer is an American ring girl, model, and artist. She is best known for her work in the Octagon in the UFC. She received the Ring Girl of the Year award at the World MMA Awards in 2012, 2013, 2019, and 2022.
She began her performing arts career dancing professionally in the Jubilee show at Bally’s Las Vegas and in X Burlesque at the Flamingo Las Vegas. In 2012, Palmer appeared on the cover of the March issue of Playboy, becoming the third ring girl to do so after Rachelle Leah and Arianny Celeste.
