Former midfielder of Moscow “Spartak” Maxim Glushenkov said that he is glad to leave the capital’s club. On June 25, the midfielder moved to Samara Krylya Sovetov, with whom he played on loan last season.

Glushenkov scored seven goals and provided two assists in 29 games for Samara in the 2021/22 season. As part of Spartak, the midfielder made his debut in the spring of 2019 and appeared in 11 games.
According to the results of last season, Krylia took eighth place in the Russian Premier League (RPL). Spartak finished the season tenth in the standings and also won the Russian Cup.
The new RPL draw starts on July 17.
