If the age norms remain unchanged in the upcoming season, then from the 2023/24 season, athletes will be able to compete at the adult level from 16 years old, and a year later – from 17 years old.

Thus, the world figure skating will approach the 2026 Olympics in a completely different way: 15-year-old stars will not be able to go to the ice and infect former rivals, as, for example, Kamila Valieva did. This means that the level of competition will also change. Experts have repeatedly noticed that at a young age, the female body is of great importance every year, and the physical differences between a 15-year-old athlete and a 17-year-old athlete are significant. Trusova, who has matured with her quad jumps, will be able to continue giving odds to her opponents.

Relationships with Kondratyuk, the long jump and strip plastic

Turning to Trusova, it is impossible not to notice that after the Olympics she spent her time without a recluse, as any other athlete who suffered such a psychological blow could do.
