The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has called on athletes and governments to refuse participation in the Friendship Games in Russia. Information about this appeared at: official website IOC.
The organization’s statement states that the Olympic Movement condemns attempts to politicize sports, in particular the creation of politicized sports events by the Government of the Russian Federation.
