Russian NHL hockey player scores 90 points for the third consecutive season

On March 16, Pittsburgh Penguins will host the New York Rangers as part of the regular season of the National Hockey League (NHL).

In this match, Russian striker Artemy Panarin scored a goal and an assist. The Russian player first assisted Adam Fox and scored his own goal at the end of the half. This puck gave Panarin his 90th point of the current NHL regular season.

Panarin became the second Russian to score 90 points in the NHL season. The first to do so was Tampa Bay Lightning forward Nikita Kucherov, who currently has 112 points.

It is also worth noting that Panarin exceeded 90 points in the regular season for the third consecutive season. He collected 92 points in the 2022-23 season and 96 points in the 2021-22 season.

The Russian player appeared in 67 NHL games in total this season and scored 37 goals and 52 assists. He is by far Rangers’ top scorer.

In the race for top scorers in the NHL, Panarin sits in sixth place.
