The Dutch prosecutor’s office answered a question regarding the possible timing of the extradition of Spartak midfielder Quincy Promes from the UAE. The words of the organization representative are quoted as follows: RIA News.

“There is no new information at the moment and we cannot give the exact timing of the extradition procedure, but we expect it to happen in the near future,” a representative from the prosecutor’s office said.

Promes was arrested in the UAE on March 13. Before this, he was under house arrest.

The hearing of the case was held on January 24, and the prosecutor’s office requested that Promesa be sentenced to 9 years in prison.
