Former football player of Moscow Spartak, Denis Glushakov, became a football player of Armenian Urartu press service teams.

“We invite Denis Glushakov to Urartu and wish him success and success with the team,” the message reads.

The midfielder’s last club was Spartak Kostroma, which plays in the Second League. The contract was terminated by mutual consent of the parties in January 2024.

The midfielder played for Spartak Moscow from 2013 to 2019. He won the Russian Premier League (RPL) with the red and white team in the 2016/17 season.

After leaving Spartak, the midfielder signed a contract with Akhmat Grozny and in July 2020 moved to Khimki, near Moscow, where he played for a season and a half. Glushakov has 57 matches as a member of the Russian national team.

Urartu is in fourth place in the Armenian championship rankings with 35 points. Pyunik ranks first with 48 points.
