Glushakov admitted that he could continue his club career abroad

Former midfielder of the Russian national team, Denis Glushakov, talked about where he can continue his professional career. His words are quoted “Match TV”.

“There is still time to sign a contract with a foreign club; the transfer window is open in many countries. I do not know if there is a similar opportunity in Russia, but we need to move forward. There are negotiations with clubs from the CIS countries, I am communicating with our clubs of the Second League, there have been contacts with the First League. Glushakov “You should talk to your family and see if it makes sense to break up,” he said.

Glushakov spent the 2024 winter training camp with Rostov.

The midfielder’s last club was Spartak Kostroma, which plays in the Second League. The contract was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties in January 2024.

The midfielder played for Spartak Moscow from 2013 to 2019. He won the Russian Premier League (RPL) with the red and white team in the 2016/17 season.

After leaving Spartak, the midfielder signed a contract with Akhmat Grozny and in July 2020 moved to Khimki, near Moscow, where he played for a season and a half.

Glushakov has 57 matches as a member of the Russian national team.

Previously Abascal choosed the main goalkeeper of the spring part of the season.
