Ovechkin approaches Fedorov in number of assists in the NHL

The Russian continues to pursue legendary Canadian Wayne Gretzky in the race to find the best snipers in league history. Gretzky scored 894 goals in his career. Ovechkin has 838 goals, the difference is 56 goals.
