New York Rangers defeated New Jersey Devils in the regular season match of the National Hockey League (NHL).
The match, which took place at the Prudential Center stadium in Newark, USA, ended with the score of 5:1 for the New York team.
The goals of this match were scored by Mika Zibanejad, Alexi Lafreniere, Chris Kreider and Vincent Trocheck. Jack Hughes scored the Devils’ lone goal. Rangers goalkeeper Igor Shesterkin was involved in one of his team’s goal combinations.
Russian Rangers forward Artemi Panarin had three assists and scored three points; Kreider helped Lafreniere and Trocheck score goals. Panarin took the ice in a total of 57 Rangers matches in the 2023/24 season and scored 78 points in these matches.
