The Russian Federation may return Spartak Moscow striker Quincy Promes in exchange for blogger, former football player and blogger Evgeniy Savin (KraSava). In this respect reports journalist Ivan Karpov.
According to him, Quincy Promes will not be placed on the wanted list in the Russian Federation, since there is no extradition treaty between Russia and the Netherlands, so the player currently has no problems fulfilling his employment contract with Spartak. However, the journalist states that if Evgeny Savin, who is in Cyprus, is arrested and extradited to Russia is offered, the option of Promes being put on the wanted list in Russia and preparing for an exchange cannot be ignored.
Moreover, such a plan can only be implemented after the decision on the Dutch football player comes into force.
On February 14, an Amsterdam court sentenced Promes to six years in prison for cocaine trafficking.
The hearing of the case was held on January 24, and the prosecutor’s office requested that Promesa be sentenced to 9 years in prison. The striker is currently in the red-whites training camp in the UAE.
Previously, the prosecutor in the Promes case had claimed that the football player himself untouchable In Russia.
