Former CSKA Moscow midfielder Yuri Zhirkov said he was pleased to play in the Legends Cup legal betting.

“I play more hockey than football now. But it is very nice to participate in such a tournament. There were many fans, famous football players from different countries came. Impressions are only positive,” said Zhirkov.

Zhirkov, who won a bronze medal in the Russian national team at the 2008 European Championship, played in the national team between 2005-2021, played 105 matches and scored two goals.

The former football player plays for CSKA, Anzhi Makhachkala, Dinamo Moscow, Zenit St. Petersburg in Russia. He played for St. Petersburg and Khimki teams near Moscow. He won the Russian Championship five times, the Cup six times and the Super Cup of the country six times.

Zhirkov also played for Chelsea from 2009 to 2011. During this time he played 49 matches and scored one goal. As part of the London club, he became the champion of the English Premier League (EPL), as well as the winner of the country’s Cup and Super Cup.
