Luxembourg Spartak midfielder Christopher Martins spoke about his friends’ love for Russian nesting dolls. His words are quoted “Sports Express”.

“I’m bringing legendary nesting dolls from Russia to Luxembourg and Cape Verde! I don’t remember how many dozen I gave away, haha. And people keep asking… I usually bring rubber amulet bracelets from Cape Verde to Russia. I’ll give it to the guys if they ask,” Martins said.

Martins was born in Luxembourg to Cape Verdean parents, but from the very beginning he played for the Luxembourg national teams at various ages.

He has been defending the colors of Spartak since January 2022. Before this, the midfielder played for Young Boys in Switzerland.
