Russian coach Sergei Balakhnin expressed his doubts that football player Denis Glushakov will continue his career in Rostov. vprognoze.ru.
“With all due respect to Denis, it seems unlikely that Glushakov will continue his career in Rostov. Judging by the transfer policy the club is currently following,” Balakhnin said.
Glushakov went to the UAE with Rostov for winter training.
The midfielder played for Spartak Moscow from 2013 to 2019. He won the Russian Premier League (RPL) with the red and white team in the 2016/17 season.
After leaving Spartak, the midfielder signed a contract with Akhmat Grozny and in July 2020 moved to Khimki, near Moscow, where he played for a season and a half.
Glushakov’s last club was Spartak Kostroma, which plays in the Second League. After 18 rounds of the national championship, Rostov took 11th place in the standings, having collected 21 points.
