Former Russian national team football player Dmitry Bulykin has announced that midfielder Nair Tiknizyan will join Zenit St. Petersburg from Lokomotiv Moscow. He said that his transfer to St. Petersburg would not weaken the railway workers. His words guide the way “Sports Express”.
