Former Kuban Krasnodar midfielder Alexei Selin has joined Zenit St. Petersburg after signing a contract with CSKA Moscow. Speaking about the transfer of St. Petersburg defender Danil Krugovoy to the reserve team, he said that the Brazilian football player will be treated differently at the club. His words were quoted by Euro-Futbol.Ru.

“Probably then the club would have found another formula. Either they will loan this Brazilian immediately or sell him immediately. They treat him differently [к бразильцам]. They don’t want to set a precedent so they can continue to interact well with other Brazilian players and their managers,” Celine said.

CSKA announced on January 17 that it had signed a four-year contract with Krugov. The defender, who will play for Zenit in the second half of the 2023/24 season, will be transferred to the Moscow club as a free agent after his contract expires. After the official announcement, the football player was transferred to Zenit-2. He is already training with the team.

Krugovoi has been playing for Zenit since 2019. The graduate of the team was with the club until 2018, after which he moved to Ufa.

Krugovoy played in 12 matches in the Russian Premier League (RPL) this season and made one assist. Petersburgers take second place in the championship.

Previously Sergey Semak explained Transfer of the player to Zenit’s second team.
