Former Spartak player Gigot’s manager responded to rumors about the defender’s transfer to Lokomotiv

Mohamed Benshenafi, the manager of Marseille defender Samuel Gigot, said that no one from Lokomotiv Moscow contacted him about the player’s transfer. His words are quoted Sports24.

Samuel has a strong history at Spartak Moscow. Benshenafi said it would be difficult for him to play for another club in Russia.

Gigot was a player of Spartak Moscow from 2018 to 2021. As part of the club, the French defender won the Russian Cup.
