— You were recently invited to the jury of the Russian Football Cup all-star match. What impressions do you have after this incident?
— I really liked the format of the event! I love when sports become spectacle because it allows athletes to shine and show their talents in a brighter light. In such formats you can be a little childish and have fun, and this gives me only positive emotions.
—Which football player surprised you the most? Maybe some of them have a future in artistic gymnastics?
— I liked Maxim Turishchev the most (Rostov’s forward is playing on loan at Moscow Rodina in the 2023/24 season. – socialbites.ca)Rondat performing our gymnastics element in one of the challenges (wheel with legs attached to the middle of the movement. – “socialbites.ca”). He was so impressive and cool, he has talent for gymnastics!

– Do you have a favorite in the team? Whose game do you like the most?
— I love the way Quincy Promes plays. I can call him my favorite football player. He’s fast, technical and scores goals! Moreover, we know each other personally.
— What impression do you get from the quality of the game of the team led by Guillermo Abascal?
— I haven’t been to the stadium very often this year, I haven’t been able to go to home games often due to my busy schedule, so I’ve been a little out of the news agenda, I don’t follow what’s going on very closely. around the team. But this does not stop me from cheering, I support Spartak and try to follow the club’s social networks.
— The red-whites finished the first half of the season in fifth place in the Russian Premier League (RPL). What place do you think Spartak will take at the end of the season?
— I don’t know, it’s hard to say, but I hope this is the first (laughs)!
— Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) chairman Stanislav Pozdnyakov announced that the organization will not finance the preparation of neutral athletes for the Olympic Games in Paris. What do you think about this topic?
— Frankly, I have no such information, I have not heard of it. We continue to train and prepare for competitions as usual.
— Do you have any ideas about which competitions you will participate in in 2024?
— We definitely plan to participate in the BRICS Games and Friendship Games from the international beginnings. Also the Russian Championship and the Russian Cup. I hope there will be no injuries and I can compete in these competitions.
—What do you want most next year?
— My most global dream for 2024 is a trip to the Olympic Games in Paris. It is not up to the athletes to decide whether to go there or not, but I hope to compete there and compete for high places!
