Russian heavyweight Sergei Pavlovich has spoken about his stance on moving to the United States. His words are quoted “Match TV”.

“I’m back home, I have good and positive thoughts. I breathe differently. Everything is fine. Do I want to return to the USA? My duty was to bring the belt. I needed to have a good camp and buy new things for myself.

Moving to the USA for good? No no. I love everything here. As trite as it may sound, where you are born is a place that works for you. I’m going to the show, I’m getting ready – yes. But living is no,” Pavlovich said.

On November 12, Sergei Pavlovich lost to Briton Tom Aspinall at UFC 295 in New York. The fight was completed at the beginning of the first round. Aspinall knocked out Pavlovich one minute after the start of the fight. Aspinall achieved his 14th victory with three defeats in his career. For Pavlovich, this loss was the second, in total he had 20 fights in MMA.

Pavlovich is ranked fourth in the organization’s heavyweight rankings, while Aspinall is ranked second. The leader of the ranking is American Jon Jones.

Former Olympic champion compared Life in New York and Moscow.
