Atalanta midfielder Alexei Miranchuk could return to Turin in the winter transfer window. This was reported by Tutto Atalanta.
According to the source, the Turin club wants to rent the Russian midfielder again. Torino head coach Ivan Yurich is reportedly personally interested in Miranchuk’s services. He believes that the Russian midfielder can bring a new breath to the team’s offensive line. The Torino coaching staff aims to solve the problem of creating dangerous moments with the help of Miranchuk.
Miranchuk transferred from Lokomotiv Moscow to Italian Atalanta in September 2020. His contract with the Bergamo club expires in June 2025.
The Russian player failed to gain a place in the main team and was transferred to Turin on loan in the summer of 2022. The midfielder spent a year at the Torino club, scoring four goals in 29 appearances. The Russian player started the new season in Atalanta. Miranchuk played 12 matches with the team in all competitions, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
