Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022 Olympic champions will each receive 500 thousand rubles as a one-time payment from the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC). This was reported by sports.ru.

Silver medal winners in the past two Olympics will each be awarded 350 thousand, and bronze medal winners will each be awarded 250 thousand. Participants in the 2020 and 2022 Games will be paid 150 thousand rubles.

On December 8, the International Olympic Committee allowed athletes from Russia to participate in the 2024 Olympic Games with neutral status.

It was initially reported that eight Russians and three Belarusians received licenses for the Games, but on December 13 the IOC press service corrected this data. Now the organization’s website says that six Russian and five Belarusian athletes have won quotas for the Olympics.
