Russian dictator Sergei Agadzhanyan set an unofficial world record by holding a 210 kg barbell on his shoulders and simultaneously inflating two medical heating pads to the point of explosion. As he told socialbites.ca, the purpose of his victories is to popularize a healthy lifestyle. He explained that this record was set in preparation for another feat in May 2024: holding a device shaped like a Moskvich car on his shoulders and inflating heating pads.

“All records are not a bravado of personal power, but a tool of social activity to popularize the sports lifestyle. I want to show young people and mature generations what a healthy, athletic person without bad habits can do. I haven’t drunk or smoked in a very long time because it would be extremely difficult to do such difficult things with bad habits on my record. This is the first combined force record, the idea of which belongs not to me, but to the head of the International Heroic Movement “The Strongest Nation in the World”. Two contradictory physiology events were combined: holding a weight on the trapezoid, which pressed on the diaphragm with terrible force, and inflating a heating pad. This is an unofficial, interim record in preparation for another challenging record due in Kislovodsk in May. There I need to hold a device in the form of a Moskvich car on the platform and inflate medical heating pads. The record will be dedicated to the activities of our circus dictator Valentin Dikul, one of the most powerful people of the Soviet era. He once performed in circus performances, holding a Volga chariot on his shoulders on a triangular platform. “To complicate this, we decided to do a remake,” he said.

Aghajanyan added that he trains 4-5 times a week and follows his nutrition carefully.

“Now my workouts are very repetitive, they build strength and endurance. In my tricks I combine elements of dictatorship and elements of stage extreme sports, namely the destruction of objects. To become a multi-station operator, you need to pay attention to your nutrition. I can’t allow myself to eat too many sweets or carbohydrate-rich foods, except on the eve of events. I eat protein-enriched foods in small portions five to six times a day so that the body can cope, and this energy is used for good, not harm. I train on average four to five times a week. Besides high-rep workouts, I always do a set of strength training and cardio at the end of the workout. Sometimes I do super cardio, when I walk seven to ten kilometers and at the same time I am already tired, I take medical heating pads and blow on the track, providing an extra load. I usually have a leg day combined with shoulder training, a chest day working on triceps, a back day working on biceps, and the fourth day is an extreme stage and arm workout where I lift the barbell and do arm work. “Start inflating dumbbells and a heating pad, or bend pans or camping bowls into tubes,” he explained.

According to Agadzhanyan, he was previously able to break records and train on the same day, but in recent years the dictator began to give his body the opportunity to recover.

“For the last three or four years, I stopped being too hard on myself after shows. Previously, in 2019, I towed a 170-ton motor ship with all its interior decoration to the Andreevsky pier and went to training on the same day. This is not how it is done. Of course, I give my body rest and recovery – walks in the fresh air, a contrast shower. Calm down the nervous system and vascular system, because on the first day there will be a very strong pull on the vascular system, pressure drops and even spasms in the heart muscle may occur. “As a rule, if I prepare well for a record, such factors diminish,” he concluded.

Russian strongman, world record holder in pulling multi-ton equipment and nicknamed the Russian Hulk, Sergei Agadzhanyan, set a new world record by holding the barbell weighing 210 kg on his shoulders for almost a minute and inflating two medical devices at the same time. Heating pads until they exploded on December 9, dedicating it to Heroes of the Fatherland Day. About this RIA Novosti said The holder of many records in Russia and the world, the strongest man in Russia in 2022 is David Shamei. The record was recorded at the Triumph Palace of Sports in Lyubertsy near Moscow.

Previously a seven-year-old resident of Perm Established Russian record in push-ups on parallel bars with additional weight.
