Connor Bedard, forward of the National Hockey League (NHL) Chicago Blackhawks, who was the first pick of the last draft, reacted to his teammate Corey Perry being included in the waiver draft. Bedard’s words were conveyed on social networks by journalist Charlie Roumeliotis.
June 28 issue of Canucks Daily reportedHe said Corey Perry could be suspended from the team because of his sexual relationship with Bedard’s mother.
“I’m not going to talk too much about it. “Of course it’s bad he’s not here, but we don’t know a lot about it yet,” Bedard said.
Perry moved to Chicago from the Tampa Bay Lightning before the start of the current NHL season. The master player played in 16 matches this season and scored 4 goals and made 5 assists in these matches. The 39-year-old player previously played for the Dallas Stars, Montreal Canadiens and Anaheim Ducks.
Bedard made his NHL debut this season. He was selected first overall by Chicago in the last draft. He played in 19 matches, scored 10 goals and made 7 assists.
