Colombian Dinamo midfielder Jorge Carrascal explained his reason for leaving CSKA this season. His words are quoted “Championship”.

“I know how they work at the club. They wanted to make some changes. Talking about myself, I didn’t play for personal reasons, because of some people in the club. The same thing happened to Isa. That’s why we decided to leave.

They understood that I was unhappy with my position in the team and that it would be better for me to leave in the current situation. I wanted a change of scenery and made that decision,” Carrascal said.

On 27 August, Carrascal moved from CSKA to Dinamo. His contract runs until summer 2027.

Last season, the midfielder had a misunderstanding with the team’s head coach Vladimir Fedotov, but later the capital club announced that all misunderstandings between the specialist and the foreign player were in the past.

The Colombian player played eight matches for the Blue and Whites in the Russian Premier League (RPL) this season and did not score a goal.
