Former French national team player Samir Nasri advised French PSG player Kylian Mbappe not to go to Real Madrid Le Journal du Dimanche.
“If I were him, I would stay at PSG instead of going to Madrid and winning the Champions League there for the 50th time. “I think it is better to be the king of your people,” Nasri said.
In May last year, the media reported that Mbappe had signed a new contract with PSG valid until the summer of 2024. At the same time, other sources stated that the football player has already confirmed the agreement with Real Madrid. As a result, the high-profile transfer to the Spanish club never materialised.
Mbappe, who played in 34 matches in Ligue 1 last season, managed to score 29 goals and make 5 assists. At the World Cup in Qatar, the forward of the French national team lost to Argentina in a penalty shootout in the final. Mbappe himself scored eight goals.
