Orenburg football player Renato Gojkovic talked about how superior Russia is to his hometown, Bosnia-Herzegovina. He shared his opinion with him Sports24.
“Moscow and St. Petersburg in Russia. There are big cities like St. Petersburg where living opportunities are more. But we don’t have cities like this,” said the defender.
Gojkovic was transferred to Orenburg in 2020 from Bosnian club Zrinjski, with whom he won the championship in the 2018/19 season. Together with Orenburg, he won silver and bronze medals in the First League.
The defender played 12 matches in the Russian Premier League (RPL) this season without scoring a goal. Orenburg is in 14th place with 12 points. The leader in the rankings is St. Petersburg with 29 points. Petersburg is Zenit.
