Now the Madrid Court has decided to reopen the procedure, taking into account that “there are clear indications of crime, as well as sufficient evidence to establish that the persons under investigation are the perpetrators identified by the accusing parties.”

The Provincial Court had previously decided to reopen the case, after the judge last archived the file in 2018, by calling on the court to take the testimony of a woman who said her former partner DP had accused her a year ago. He is known to be the one who threw the Dépor fan into the river.
