Former Russian national team player Alexander Mostovoy expressed his opinion that Lokomotiv’s forward Artem Dzyuba will play in the Russian Championship for at least three more years. His words are quoted “RB Sports”.
“Dziuba is being careful at the beginning of the season. I think he will improve even more after the middle of the championship. How old can Artem play? He will probably play for 3 more years. He can definitely do two of them at a high level. RPL is a pedestrian league, speed here allows you to play for a long time,” said Mostovoy.
Dzyuba signed a contract with Lokomotiv last season. Later, the player and the club extended the contract under the 1+1 plan. The red-green team has 3 goals and 3 assists in 12 matches in all competitions.
After 11 weeks, Lokomotiv is in fourth place in the Russian Premier League (RPL) rankings with 19 points. The red-green team finished eighth in the national championship last season.
