A big fight broke out between the New York Rangers and Tampa Bay Lightning in the first game of the National Hockey League (NHL) Eastern Conference finals.

Two minutes before the end of regular time there was a clash on the ice that led to the simultaneous removal of five hockey players – all three forwards of the fourth link Ryan Reeves, Tyler Mott and Barkley Goodrow were removed by the Rangers. Striker Patrick Maroon and defender Cal Foote were ejected by Tampa.

The fight ended in a huge 6:2 victory for the Rangers, respectively, the score in the series 1-0 in favor of the New York team. The second match of the series will be played on June 4, the kick-off siren will sound at 3:00 Moscow time.
