Intercity will face the first of their two consecutive matches this Sunday (12 noon) in Melilla, with the aim of adding their first points as guests against an opponent who is yet to win. Six days later, the team coached by Alejandro Sandroni lost all three away matches in Huelva (3-1), Castellón (3-1) and Granada (1-0); therefore Melilla was classified without knowing their penultimate win. A suitable opportunity for Intercity.

“We are trying to be more competitive away from home,” Intercity coach Alejandro Sandroni said before leaving for the autonomous city of Melilla, adding of Melilla’s situation: “We are wrong if we think about the classification. Any team can beat you in this category.”

Alejandro Sandroni recalled the following about his opponent: “Melilla had a good match in Ceuta. “I expect a close match, but we must be prepared for all scenarios, knowing that we have a great team in front of us despite the classification.”

With all players available, the possible Intercity squad for this match could consist of Gaizka Campos, Guillem Jaime, Álvaro Pérez, Cámara, Cristo Romero, Ceberio, Undabarrena, Xemi Fernández, Nsue, Pol Roigé and Simón.
