Russian Hockey Federation (RHF) President Vladislav Tretyak said that the organization will ask the International Hockey Federation (IIHF) to allow Russian youth teams to participate in international competitions. Tretyak’s words are quoted as follows: TASS.

“We have discussed this issue, now we will send another letter. FIFA and UEFA example? “It is a good thing that a star has emerged, may God grant that it shines for others as well,” Tretyak said.
