Lionel Messi and his wife Antonela Roccuzzo are enjoying life in the United States, but their dog Hulk did not come with them to Miami.
The Messi clan welcomed a new addition to their family in 2016, with the purchase of a Bordeaux Mastiff puppy. The giant breed, which can grow up to 68 centimeters tall and weigh almost 50 kilos, are larger than life characters in their own right, and Messi said of the Hulk when he introduced him to the world: “New member of my family. Thank you love for this beautiful gift.”
Messi and Roccuzzo have not been able to take Hulk to Florida, and Migue Granados revealed in OLGA the answer he received when he asked the Argentine icon where his canine companion was: “I asked him where that bull was and he told me: ” He is in Barcelona,
Messi told Granados that Hulk will soon have to be put to sleep and that the Bordeaux Mastiff only has a life expectancy of between five and eight years. The adorable dog is currently being cared for by the staff at Messi’s luxury home in Castelldefels, a suburb of Barcelona, about 20 kilometers from Camp Nou.
Messi and his family, with his sons Thiago, Mateo and Ciro in Miami, would understandably want to visit Hulk more often, as they could easily reach Catalonia when they were in France with Paris Saint-Germain, but now more than 4,600 miles away at the east coast of the United States.
