Zarema Salikhova, wife of Spartak Moscow’s former owner Leonid Fedun, talked about the sensational video shot with red-white player Quincy Promes. He shared his opinion with him metaratings.ru.
“When results are bad there is always an authoritative opinion of former players on Match TV. When results are good and Match TV can’t handle it, other sources come to the rescue and flock to Promes. The best incentive is not to slow down, keep scoring goals and making assists,” said Salikhova.
On September 25, Mash reported that Promes arrived at the police department, where his friends were admitted on suspicion of drug poisoning. Trying to secure their release, Promes became enraged, filed a complaint with the police, and created a loud scandal.
In June, the Dutch Royal Court convicted Promes in Amsterdam. The 31-year-old striker was sentenced to a year and a half in real prison for attacking his cousin with a knife during a family party a few years ago.
This season, Promes played 12 matches for Spartak in all competitions, scoring four goals and providing six assists. The red-whites will face Krylia Sovietov Samara away in the next round of the Russian Premier League (RPL). The meeting will take place on October 1.
