“My opponent will be a boxer who is a Mexican gang member. He is a friend of this gang who sells drugs on the hotel grounds. Vlad Khryunov agreed to fight through Danny Trejo. “Taktarov knows all the bandits in Mexico,” he said.
In August, Taktarov fought against Jeff Monson. The match ended in a draw. For 55-year-old Taktarov, the fight against Monson at the tournament in Moscow was the first fight in more than a decade.
