He also thanked his loved ones, wife Oksana Domnina, parents and brother and wished everyone good health.
At the beginning of January 2023, Roman Kostomarov was hospitalized after New Year’s performances at an open-air show. It was reported that he was in intensive care due to pneumonia and was connected to a ventilator, and his condition was evaluated to be extremely serious.
The athlete was then transported to a hospital in Kommunarka, resuscitated and connected to an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) machine. During the treatment, both Kostomarov’s feet and hands were amputated. On July 6, doctors discharged the skater from the hospital.
Previously, representatives of the online cinema PREMIER said that Kostomarov will be removed in the documentary series.
