Journalist Fabrizio Romano said on his Twitter account that Sergio Ramos, former player of the French “PSG” team, will sign a contract with Sevilla.

Romanos claims that the parties have already reached an agreement.

Ramos played for Sevilla from 2002 to 2005. He himself is a member of this club. Ramos transferred to Real Madrid in 2005 and played there until 2021. As part of the “Cream”, he became the Spanish champion five times, won the Champions League four times and won the UEFA Super Cup three times.

Ramos announced his retirement in 2023 from the Spanish national team, where he has played since 2005. During this time, he played 180 matches and scored 23 goals. He won two European Championships (2008, 2012) with the national team and won the world championship in 2010.

The media had previously reported that Ramos had received offers from Saudi Arabian club Al-Nasr. Cristiano Ronaldo, the Spanish footballer’s former teammate in Real Madrid, also plays in this team.

Formerly PSG accepted Clermont in the last match between Lionel Messi and Ramos.
