The CSD will initiate the procedures at the TAD to suspend Luis Rubiales

The Supreme Council of Sports (CSD) will initiate the procedures for the TAD to suspend Luis Rubiales from his duties for committing a “very serious” offense, as reported at a press conference by the President of the CSD Victor Francos Díaz. “The government’s journey with the president of the RFEF ended today. We will suspend Mr. Rubiales from his position,” he assured.

Francos Díaz’s appearance comes a few hours after Luis Rubiales announced that he will continue to lead the RFEF, despite the umpteenth scandal at the head of the Federation, the scandal in which he played at the award ceremony for the Spanish women’s team, champion of the World Cup played in New Zealand and Australia.
