Tuttosport correspondent Massimo Franchi reports that Torino plans to re-hire Atalanta’s Russian midfielder Alexei Miranchuk. His words convey “Rating betting companies”.
“Of the Serie A clubs, only Torino is interested in Miranchuk. Turintsy is looking to hire again, there is no talk of a full-fledged transfer anymore. If Turin enters the European competitive zone next year, the club will be ready to pay Atalanta about seven million euros to buy Miranchuk. But the Atalanta president will not be happy with this offer, he wants 10-11m euros more for Miranchuk,” Franchi said.
Miranchuk moved from Lokomotiv Moscow to Italian Atalanta in September 2020. His contract with the club expires in the summer of 2024.
The Russian player failed to secure a place in the main team and transferred to Turin on loan in the summer of 2022. The midfielder spent a year with the Turin club, scoring four goals in 29 games and the club wanted to keep him in the team. The player’s manager announced that the negotiations between the clubs regarding the transfer of the Russian football player were suspended. He started his preparations for the season in Atalanta.
