UEFA has announced the shortlist of footballers who will compete for the Best UEFA Player of the Year 22-23 award. The three football players are: Van Bruyne, Haaland and Leo Messi.
The two Manchester City players and the ex-PSG player, currently in the ranks of Inter Miami, are competing for an award to be presented in Monte Carlo on August 31.
These prices take into account the season running both in their club and in the national team of players who have played in European football.
