Dmitry Bulykin, former football player of the Russian national team, who plays for Lokomotiv, Dynamo and Volga in Russia at club level, told socialbites.ca that Brazilian football players in St. Petersburg said the Russian Premier League (RPL) would not lose in entertainment if he left Zenit.

“I don’t think it will be a big loss. In individual performance skills maybe yes, but we have other players who can show themselves well and have a good level of skill. If there were enough skills, I think Zenit would have won the Cup, but they did not. And when they lost in the championship, there were unsuccessful matches. So, it all depends not only on them, but also on the opponents and the entire Zenit team, how the players are selected. The separation of the Brazilians will not weaken the Zenit a bit, but the team will be a bit off.”

Zenit may leave Malcom, Wendel, Claudinho in the summer transfer window.

In the 2022/23 season, Zenit won the national championship for the fifth time in a row, scoring 70 points in 30 rounds. In second place CSKA (58 points) finished the top three (54 points).

The new draw in the Russian Premier League will start on July 21, the first match of the tournament will be played between Dynamo and Krasnodar.

Former football player Valery Masalitin declarationHe said that he did not like the match between Zenit and CSKA in the Russian Super Cup.
