Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk described British athlete Tyson Fury’s decision to fight Francis Ngannou as strange. He stated that he did not understand why Fury chose a man who had never boxed before. Usyk’s words lead the way boxing scene.
“Anger is afraid of me? Yes of course! That’s true. Greedy belly is afraid of me. Tyson, let’s have this fight. I’m ready. I’m ready to fight you once I’ve signed with Dubois, but my main focus right now is August 26,” Usyk said.
Usyk last fought in Saudi Arabia on August 20, defeating the British Anthony Joshua. The Ukrainian has retained his world champion titles according to the International Boxing Federation (IBF), World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Organization (IBO) and World Boxing Association (WBA).
