Manuel Pellegrini’s team started their preparation by playing in Germany.
Real Betis Balompié will start playing friendlies ahead of a demanding season in which they will again play European competition (repeating their presence in the Europa League), as well as LaLiga and the Copa del Rey.
Manuel Pellegrini’s team started the usual medical examinations on Tuesday, July 4 and eleven days later their first friendly game is around the corner. Betis does a ‘stage’ in Germany, where they compete against Eintracht Braunschweig, a team from the German second division.
The game will take place next Saturday, July 15, starting at 12:30pm at the Eintracht Stadium, where the Verdiblancos will conclude their first training camp for the season, which will take place in Wolfsburg before returning to Seville.
It should be remembered that Betis will move to St. George’s Park three days after this match for a five-day second leg.
