The French “Marseille” is not interested in CSKA striker Fedor Chalov. This was reported on the social networks of the publication Le Petit OM.

“My fault. After checking, it turned out that Marseille was not interested in either Fedor Chalov or Jonathan Bamba. This is the first time I’ve been told otherwise, but I got two confirmations about this information. I’m sorry,” he shared.

On June 27, Le Petit OM wrote of Marseille’s interest in Chalov.

The 25-year-old striker has already played in the European Championship – in 2022 he played on loan for Swiss Basel, where he played 14 matches and scored four goals.

Chalov has been playing in the CSKA Moscow system since 2006. The striker for the main army team came as a substitute in the 76th minute against Enisey (1:2) in the 1/16 away match of the Russian Cup on September 21, 2016. In the ending 2022/23 season, Chalov made 41 appearances, scored 24 goals and provided 6 assists for CSKA in all competitions.

On July 4, Chalov threw a corset in a test match against Neftekhimik (4:0).
